Soumaïla Ilboudo of AJCK wins the 17th Excellence Hôtel Grand Prix, held on 18 October 2026 between Saponé and Ouagadougou, a few days before the Tour du Faso. He finishes ahead of Souleymane Koné (AS Bessel) and Saturnin Yaméogo (AJCK).

Tour du Faso 2026: official route unveiled
The 21 Burkinabè riders taking part in the 37th Tour du Faso visited the Mogho Naaba Baongho at his palace before the race. The king stressed cohesion and perseverance, and blessed the teams ahead of the event, which runs from 30 October to 8 November 2026.
